There is a special kind of love that people have for New York City. Whether you’re from there, or you are traveling to see the greatness that is found here, there’s a lot to look forward to. This is perhaps one of the most iconic cities in the United States, and people flock there from all over the world. The United States has a robust medical system in place. Whether you’re traveling from abroad or you live in the states, you will find that it’s easy to get medical attention, with insurance. It’s for that reason that you should take on traveler’s insurance whenever you’re flying around the country, or across the globe. Perhaps one of the darkest days in the world, the September 11 attacks completely changed the face of the United States. This iconic memorial will help you reflect on those that were lost, and the strength of the United States, as well as New York City as a whole. It’s a breath taking example of unity.

The Museum of Modern Art

MOMA as it is called, is the most impressive heavyweights of art in the city. The art found here come from the most iconic artists that you can think of. From the past to the present, you will be astounded by the reach of the art that is on display here. Don’t miss the beauty and splendor of this museum.

Times Square

For the tourist, this is a serious look at the city. This centerpiece is where you will find the lights, the glimmer, and the corporate sponsorships that New York has. Whether you want to eat at a celebrity chef’s restaurant, or you want to walk around and take in the sights and sounds, this is a traveler’s delight. Millions of people walk through here, and take photographs, as it is a major staple of tourism for the city.

Gray’s Papaya

Not a lot of food makes it to the list of city guides, but when you’re coming to NYC, you will find that many top 10 lists will have this in place. With that in mind, you need to see Gray’s Papaya. This hot dog mecca is absolutely impressive, and you’ll love the classic neon lights as well as the no-nonsense menu.


These elements are just scratching the surface. There’s so much to see and do, from Yankee Stadium to Madison Square Garden, there’s just a lot of iconic elements to the city.
